For Nursery there is no interview/test. Admissions are open, subject to availability of seats and students eligibility. Children registered in the office of the school shall be tested for admission in Jr./Sr. Montessori on the dates and per the programme intimated to the parents. The admissions are considered on the basis of merit only. For Jr./Sr. Mont. an informal test for I. Q. will be conducted & normal behaviour of the child will be observed. For Classes X and XII admission can be given on transfer of the parents or shifting of family ,and that to depending up on the vacancy in the School.

Rules:

1. Application for admission will be accepted only on a prescribed form which can be collected from the school office along with the prospectus.
2. No student will be admitted without a test and personal interview.
3. At the time of admission original birth certificate from the municipality must be shown for verification and the attached Photo copy of the same has to be submitted Jr.Mont. Classes and the original T.C. of the last school attended for class Sr. Mont. and above.
4. Admission is strictly based on merit.
5. Children of 3¹⁄₂ years are admitted to Jr. Mont.

Age of Admission:

The child should have reached 2¹⁄₂ years of age on 1st of July 2011 for Nursery. for Jr. Mont the age of the child should be 3¹⁄₂ years on 1st July 2011. Admission age for other classes may be counted accordingly. An underage child shall not be admitted nor an overage child.

Timing for Depositing the Fees:

1. For Parents/ Guardians, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on working days.
2. For all Students, 8:30 am to 9:00 am.
3. For XI & XII Students, 1:15 am to 2:00 pm.

Rules for Fees:

1. Cheque / DD should be drawn in favour of "SHRI GUJARATI SAMAJ, INDORE".
2. After the payment, kindly collect the receipt for the same and check it before leaving the counter. The school shall not be held responsible later on.
3. For new admissions, first installment must paid within fifteen days from the date of admission confirmed. If not paid then the Admission shall stand cancelled and no refund of Admission and Registration Fees will be entertained .
4. Annual fees for Nursery to Class II includes tution fees, lunch, milk, bus facility & student activities.
5. Annual fees for Class III to Class V includes tution fees, lunch, bus facility & student activities.
6. Annual fees for Class VI to Class X includes tution fees, computer fees, lunch, bus facility & student activities.
7. Annual fees for Class XI to Class XII includes tution fees, computer fees, physical education fees, lunch, bus facility & student activities.
8. Fees installments are payable as under:
• 1st Installment -- Payable between 1st April to 25th June
• 2nd Installment -- Payable between 1st August to 25th August
• 3rd Installment -- Payable between 1st October to 25th October
• 4th Installment -- Payable between 1st December to 24th December

If the fees is not paid by due date as above, fine will be charged @ Rs.2 per day for first TEN days, then Rs. 5 per day for next FIVE days and Rs. 10 per day till the date of payment. In case of non-payment of fees, the admission would stand cancelled and if parents wish for re-admission, then the entire process of FRESH ADMISSION will follow.

9. To issue DUPLICATE COPY of any document/ certificate etc.     -- Rs. 50/- (per copy)
10. Student not having proper HAIR CUT is an indisciplined act as per School's regulations and the school will arrange for it in the school.     -- Rs. 30/- (Per hair cut)
11. Any enhancement in the existing fees subject to approval by the Management of Shri Gujarati Samaj will be applicable from 01.07.2015
12. Rs.2000/- will be deducted from the last installment for the students who have not avail the bus facility. Approval by the Hon'ble Gen. Secretary applicable from 13.05.2016.
