Fee installments are payable as under:

1st Installment -- Payable between 1st April to 25th April 2020 for classes Nursery to X & XII

1st Installment -- Payable between 1st April to 6th June 2020 for Class XI only

2nd Installment -- Payable between 1st July to 15th July 2020

3rd Installment -- Payable between 1st September to 15th September 2020

4th Installment -- Payable between 1st November to 15th November 2020

Timings for Depositing the Fees:

For Parents/ Guardians, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on working days.
For all Students, 8:30 am to 9:00 am.
For XI & XII Students, 1:15 am to 2:00 pm.

Rules for Fees:

Cheque / DD should be drawn in favour of "SHRI GUJARATI SAMAJ, INDORE" and online payment (NEFT) Name of Bank- IDBI Bank, A/C No. 0155102000012157 and IFSC Code No. : IBKL0000155 (Email-sgsamnfee@gmail.com) PLease note that after due date of fee payment the cheque will not be accepted.

After the payment, kindly collect the receipt for the same and check it before leaving the counter. The school shall not be held responsible later on.

For new admissions, first installment must paid within fifteen days from the date of admission confirmed. If not paid then the Admission shall stand cancelled and no refund of Admission and Registration Fees will be entertained .

If the fees is not paid by due date as above, fine will be charged @ Rs.2 per day for first TEN days, then Rs. 5 per day for next FIVE days and Rs. 10 per day for next FIFTEEN days after that the admission would stand cancelled and if parents wish to re-admission, than the entire process of FRESH AADMISSION will follow.

To issue DUPLICATE COPY of any document/ certificate etc. -- Rs. 50/- (per copy)

* THe parents are advised to note that the students who are coming to school under their "own arrangements" and not travelling have to park their vehicles outside the main gate on their own RISK. The school shall not be responsible for any loss/damages.

* Students coming on Bi-cycles to be allowed to keep their Bi-cycles, duly locked, on cycle stand inside the school premises.

Student not having proper HAIR CUT is an indisciplined act as per School's regulations and the school will arrange for it in the school. -- Rs. 30/- (Per hair cut)

Any enhancement in the existing fees subject to approval by the Management of Shri Gujarati Samaj will be applicable from 01.07.2020.
